Mostly one point: the numbers on this website are not a quote.
Pricing on this site is not an offer
The figures on the cost page and across the service pages are of two kinds. Some are published Los Angeles metro benchmarks from an industry report, cited where they appear. The rest are our own indicative ranges. Neither is a quote for your kitchen, and neither forms a contract. Your price comes from a written line item quote produced after we have measured your room.
Cited figures
Where we state a code requirement or a licensing threshold we link the government or industry source it came from, and it was accurate on the date we checked it. Codes and thresholds change. If you are relying on one of those figures for a decision, check the source rather than trusting our summary of it.
Photographs
Images on this site illustrate the styles, layouts and materials we work in. They are not records of specific jobs, and nothing here is captioned as a project we finished. Where an image is a computer generated design rendering it is labelled as one.
The estimate visit
The walkthrough is free and carries no obligation. You keep the written quote whether or not you hire us, and you are welcome to take it to another contractor for comparison.
Work is governed by the contract, not this page
Any job we carry out is governed by the signed contract for that job, which sets out scope, price, schedule, payment stages and warranty. Nothing on this website varies that contract.

The text and images on this site belong to us. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine. Copying pages wholesale onto another contractor's website is not.
